  What i would suggest is trying a different browser if youre having issues. Chrome or Firefox. Hope this help

  You realize even if the infrastructure is there - there are still maintenance costs. and those will ultimately be passed on to the consumer. So if you want it, be prepared to pay for it.

  Hi Jean-Philippe Make sure all your wires are connected securely in the back of the modem. I would suggest unplugging and re-plugging in to make sure. How many lights do you see on the modem?
